Core responsibilities:
- Administer a defined client portfolio, including Fund and Corporate client structures of all types e.g., JPUT’s, Limited Partnership’s, Companies and Trust’s.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors.
- Assist the Senior Administrator/ Manager/ Client Services Director in providing training to Assistant Administrators, where necessary.
- Undertake the billing and debt collection for your client portfolio.
- Undertake a review of the Annual Accounts / Financial Statements for your client portfolio prior to signing.
- Acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio in accordance with the procedures as published on the intranet.
- Attendance to Client meetings as requested.
- Prepare written correspondence, drafting Board Trustee minutes and checklists, as necessary.
- Maintain your client’s files in an orderly manner, ensuring documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner in accordance with policies.
- Assist with preparing bank payments, account reconciliations and preparation of payment summaries where necessary.
- Check periodic reviews once prepared and clear periodic review points raised.
- Provide general assistance to the Manager/ Client Services Director when required.
