New HR Manager for Moore Stephens

Michala Wright has been appointed as the HR manager at Moore Stephens (Jersey) Limited.
Ms Wright joined the business in September 2016 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources following 13 years’ in the sector. She holds the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management and has worked across different industries offshore, including CPA Global, a Jersey based leading global intellectual property firm, as a HR advisor, BNP Paribas and JT Group Limited as a HR project manager and most recently as HR manager with Deloitte.
One of Ms Wright’s first responsibilities was to support Moore Stephens’ employees during the recent business restructure, which saw a holding company established and four different practise areas become individual businesses in their own right.
Ms Wright will also be supporting Moore Stephens in Guernsey and her duties cross both Islands include recruitment, employee engagement, employee career development and promoting Moore Stephens as a place that finance professionals can develop their careers.

Ms Wright said: “Supporting employees through the changes following the restructure was part of what drew me to Moore Stephens.
