Today is launch day for the young tortoise trail in Jersey. Get out and about to spot these adorable sculptures dotted in various locations around island and start completing the trail! Can you find all 65 of them??
We are particularly delighted to introduce Faith The Tortoise, whose design emphasizes a close connection with nature.
Faith came to light through the combination of two Year 8 winning designs from Beaulieu Convent School, who ran the design competition throughout their secondary school – she looks absolutely stunning, be sure to look her up!
This is just the start of Tortoise Takeover, but what a start it is – join us in supporting these amazing creatures, raising awareness for conservation, and Protecting Tomorrow – starting with the Young.
