Please join us in welcoming Sally Tester and Lee Falla to the Moore Stephens Guernsey team. Sally joins as Company Secretary and Lee joins as Head of Compliance.
Sally has over 30 years’ experience in the fiduciary industry having worked in both larger firms and smaller bespoke companies. She has worked in private client services, business onboarding, company secretarial services and compliance and is currently Company Secretary for Moore Stephens Guernsey and its subsidiary companies.
Her career has included managing administration and co-sec teams, undertaking review, risk assessment and CDD projects, writing procedures and board reports.
Lee has over 20 years’ experience within a range of independent and multinational financial services organisations, most recently and since 2014 as Risk and Compliance Director of a mid-sized independent fiduciary business.
Lee has a science degree and post graduate certificate in education from the University of Southampton and subsequently spent a number of years teaching A level biology at a local independent college.
