Moore Stephens Audit & Assurance (Jersey) Limited and the Bracken Rothwell teams have moved into Moore Stephens’ modern office in St Helier. This transition marks another milestone in the integration of the two firms following Moore Stephens’ acquisition of Bracken Rothwell Limited in November last year.

The shared office space represents a new chapter for both teams, allowing for greater collaboration, operational efficiency, and the opportunity to provide a better experience for clients and employees alike.

By leveraging shared resources and advanced technologies, the team can offer faster insights and smarter, data-driven solutions for clients. This move will further emphasise Moore Stephens’ tailored client-centred solutions and personalised approach that their clients know and trust.

Sophie Shepherd, Senior Accountant, joined Bracken Rothwell as a receptionist in 2010 and has continued to grow with the business, said: ‘I’m really excited about our upcoming office move. It feels like a fresh start, with new opportunities. The idea of being in a bigger, modern space is motivating and the new office will bring possibilities for better workspaces and better technology. It’s an exciting time for everyone.’

The move to a single, state-of-the-art office ensures seamless communication across teams and allows their collective expertise to further strengthen the firm’s presence in Jersey and beyond.

Stef Boschat, Director of Accounting & Operations at Moore Stephens added, ‘Moving into the new St Helier facility is more than a change of address. It unites two established teams, providing opportunities to learn and grow from one another. The office gives our staff a better work environment and lays the groundwork for sustainable growth and efficiencies.’

Phillip Callow, Managing Director of Moore Stephens Audit & Assurance, continued, ‘Bringing both teams together in the same space will make it easier for us to collaborate, exchange ideas and work as one team. It also saves on office costs! I am looking forward to what's ahead for the business and teams and to seeing the energy in the office.’

The teams marked the acquisition with a pizza and drinks night and a bigger Christmas party to bring everyone together and strengthen teamwork. Further events to promote team bonding are currently being planned.

The former Bracken Rothwell Madeira office has not been forgotten in the integration of teams either. The Madeira and Jersey offices recently participated in an online trivia night together and Stef Boschat has already visited the Madeira office. Looking ahead, Moore Stephens plans to expand the Madeira audit team, reinforcing its commitment to growth in the region.
