It is an honour to celebrate our team members and their achievements. Please join us in congratulating James Baudains, Assistant Manager in Funds & Corporate Services, for successfully achieving the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.
James says, "Having obtained my CGI Level 5 Diploma in International Finance & Administration, I wanted to pursue a slightly different qualification that focused on a different skill set. The CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership was the perfect course for me, providing a brilliant basis for developing into an effective manager. The fact the course was workbook-based meant I could study and obtain my qualification alongside full-time work throughout the year, which was a big positive, rather than having everything ride on a single or series of exams.
Huge thanks to People Performance Consulting and Jackie Barette for tutoring and supporting me through Level 3.
I’m looking forward to hopefully continuing my CMI journey by undertaking the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership soon."
