The Moore Stephens Guernsey office is delighted to have signed up to the ESI Monitor Environmental Business Operations Framework. We feel that, as a business, it is important to work in a way that has the least environmental impact. We want to demonstrate to our staff, clients, and regulators that we are taking environmental matters seriously and that we are also doing our moral duty to society and to the planet.
Recent operational moves have been leading towards a business with an improved environmental footprint, our transition to a digital platform has significantly reduced paper usage and the move to modern premises at Park Place has provided the opportunity to take advantage of energy-efficient electrical and operating systems.
We have established a ‘Green Team’ who have been allocated responsibility for building benchmarks and monitoring areas of the business including waste, water, energy, and transport.
