We are pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Duhamel, Senior Manager, and Simon Kelly, Director, who have joined our Corporate Services Team in Jersey.
Nick Solt, MD of Fund and Corporate Services, says, “I am delighted to welcome Simon and Laura to our Corporate Services team. They both bring a wealth of experience to their roles which fits perfectly with our ethos of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. I look forward to working with them to develop this key area of our business even further.”
We asked Simon for some thoughts on his new role, “I am excited to have joined Moore Stephens CI and to be part of the Moore Global International network. It is also a pleasure to be working with my colleague, Laura, again. We have received a warm welcome from everyone here and look forward to supporting our Corporate clients from various jurisdictions as we work with them to meet their structuring goals through Jersey.”
