Andre was born and educated in Guernsey. After leaving full time education in 1986, Andre gained experience over 10 years working in many of the functions of Offshore Trust and Company Administration from Bookkeeper to Assistant Manager while employed in Guernsey and Jersey by subsidiaries of leading U.S. banks. Between 1996 and 2018 Andre was employed by various Trust business’ in Guernsey at Trust Manager level, managing teams of administrators dealing with a broad base of international clients. In 2018 Andre was promoted to Associate Director level in the Guernsey office of a global fiduciary and fund services organisation, the role included holding board appointments on all the licensed operating companies of the fiduciary business.

Over 35 years Andre has gained significant experience with both private and corporate clients forming and administering multi-jurisdictional entities and structures.  At Moore Stephens he has responsibility for a team of administrators who administer a portfolio of discretionary and life interest trusts, foundations and companies which hold a diverse portfolio of assets including residential and commercial property, investments portfolios, private company holdings, art and cash. Andre is a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and a member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners together with being an Associate Member of the Institute of Banking and Finance.

Andre is married with a family of three daughters and in his interests outside work include following most sports with his particular passion supporting his football team Liverpool FC and recently taken up astronomy.
