    • Annual tax on enveloped dwellings (ATED)
      We have been looking after tax matters for companies that own UK residential property since ATED legislation came into force in 2012. With a wealth of experience and highly competitive fees, we are perfectly placed to assist your clients with ATED chargeable returns, ATED returns where relief can be claimed against ATED (ATED RDR), as well as dealing with the capital gains tax implications on disposing of UK land and property.

      Our experienced team have been looking after UK capital gains tax matters for non-UK resident trust structures for many years. There has been a number of changes in legislation over the years so it is important to be able to rely on a provider with the expertise to complete the capital gains tax reporting and relevant income reporting correctly and efficiently.

    • Trust and estate income tax returns
      We pride ourselves on competitive fees to assist clients with the UK income tax reporting requirements for non-UK resident trusts.       We apply for the non-resident landlord scheme and complete the annual UK income/corporation tax returns on your clients’ behalf. Our team can also advise on UK income/corporation tax due on the net rental income earned, the capital gains tax (CGT) implications of selling UK property, as well as prepare non-resident capital gains tax/corporation tax returns and advise on potential CGT/corporation tax liabilities.

      We have been providing VAT registration, de-registration, and quarterly or monthly VAT return services to intermediaries for a number of years. The experience we have built up means that we are able to provide a high-quality service in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

    • Corporation Tax for non-resident companies
      Whilst the transition from income tax to corporation tax took place in 2019, we have continued to assist administrators of several trust companies to ensure that they are kept up to date with the continuous changes in UK tax legislation and the tax compliance requirements that arise from these. Our dedicated team can help with company registrations, the non-resident landlord scheme, payment deadlines, the annual filing of corporation tax returns and converting your accounts into the required ‘iXBRL’ format before we submit to HMRC.
