Moore Stephens Channel Islands strengthens Guernsey Audit & Assurance team

Moore Stephens Channel Islands has strengthened its Guernsey Audit & Assurance team with the appointments of Nicole De Sousa as Senior Audit Manager and Zarwisha Rasheed as Audit Senior.

Nicole brings a broad range of audit experience across the public sector, insurance, trust, retail, manufacturing and professional services sectors. She has significant expertise in the audit of investment funds, fund managers and regulated financial services entities, including structures with international and cross‑border exposure.

She’s a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and moved to Guernsey in 2018 after completing her training contract. Alongside her professional experience, Nicole is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. She is actively involved in supporting initiatives and campaigns focused on these areas.

Zarwisha is a qualified accountant and has several years of experience in audit and assurance. She has worked across a diverse range of industries, including insurance, textiles, education, healthcare and the financial services sector, bringing a strong technical background and a client‑focused approach.
