Dayna Samson

Dayna joined Moore Stephens in January 2022 and has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry dealing with all aspects of Trust and Company Administration, primarily focused on real estate structures for large corporate clients. She has extensive knowledge and experience dealing with JPUTs, JUTs, Jersey/UK/BVI SPVs including property holding and investment holding structures, and Jersey/UK LPs/GPs, EBTs, SMPTs, Pension Plans and Private Trusts. She also has experience with LSE and TISE-listed companies and ongoing listing obligations.

Dayna holds the Certificate in Offshore Administration.

In Dayna’s spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, two children, and her puppy, Oakley. She loves cycling, going for long country walks and, on the very odd occasion, a light jog!
