Jon joined MSTC in January 2020 as Head of Compliance, having over 30 years’ experience in the fields of Compliance and the prevention of Money Laundering. During that time, he served with the island’s regulator as well as being a founder member of the Jersey Compliance Officers’ Association, in which role he jointly devised the first formal qualification for Compliance Officers in the Offshore Finance industry, training over 100 Compliance professionals in the island. Jon is a Member of the International Compliance Association and a Certified GDPR Practitioner. He has a lifelong passion for motorcycles, old and new, and can often be found at weekends riding, cleaning or fixing one of his collection.
