Laura Duhamel

Laura was born and educated in Jersey and has over 15 years’ experience working within the corporate and funds services industry, having joined a large financial services company in 2006.
 
Over her career Laura has gained experience within the corporate administration sector, with a particular focus on real estate, having previously been responsible for the administration of a large portfolio of mixed structures, LP/GPs, JPUTs and SPVs (including property holding and investment holding – large and complex real estate structures). Laura also has a depth of experience across regulated structures (including MoME entities), has assisted several clients through the listing process on AIM, LSE and TISE.  She also assists clients with their employee service’s needs that includes: personal pension plans, international pension plans, employee benefit trusts, employment and payroll services for private contractors.
 
Laura has two children, enjoys attending live music festivals and has recently taken up running.
